Dental Business Manager

NHS Education for Scotland

Jennifer Davies works as a Business Manager in the Dental Directorate of NHS Education for Scotland (NES).  She has worked for NES since 2010 including two years as a Training Programme Team Leader for General Practice in South East region and a year secondment to NHS Lothian Medical Education Directorate as a Project Manager.

Her current remit includes operational leadership for Dental Vocational Training and Priority Groups work streams within Dental and management of business support across NES offices in the North and West of Scotland.  Particular interests include training programme management, project management methodologies and leadership development in NHS business support services.

She has a BA in Politics and Philosophy and an MSc in Leadership for Health Services Improvement.
