Linda Tripney, Specialist Lead in the HCSW Team at NHS Education Scotland.  The HCSW Team support the learning and development of clinical support workers and work with team leaders to maximise the contribution and development of clinical support worker roles.  Join Linda and her colleague Keith Dow for an introduction to the Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals (NMAHP) Development Framework.  The Framework incorporates the Healthcare Support Worker Learning Framework and is based around the four pillars of practice which can help support workers to identify areas for development across clinical practice, facilitating learning, service improvement and leadership.
