NHS Education for Scotland

Mark works predominantly on developing educational resources for those engaged in patient safety education within NHS Scotland.  A member of the NES Patient Safety Multi-Disciplinary Group and NES Human Factors Group, Mark uses these networks to develop his own understanding of core drivers for the improvement of patient safety and to develop educational resources to help build capacity and capability.

In addition, working with colleagues in NES, Mark is involved in the delivery of Leadership and Management training to doctors in training across Scotland, Healthcare Scientists and Trainees on the NHS Graduate Management Scheme.
