Michael Royden is a partner at Thorntons Law.  He has specialised in advising GP practices and members of the medical profession across Scotland for many years and heads up the firm’s leading Healthcare team along with Ewan Miller.

Michael is a member of the National Association of Specialist Solicitors Advising Doctors, and has an in depth knowledge and understanding of the medical profession and the legal issues faced by it.  He regularly advises GP practices and individual GPs on partnership matters, including advising on partnership agreements, partnership disputes and restructuring, practice mergers and regulatory issues.
