Scott Arnot, Training manager for Domestic Services NHS Grampian started as a domestic assistant 5 years ago working his way up to Supervisor and now into his current position as lead for training in the department. His current post entails delivering inductions, planning, developing and delivering training programs. He strives to improve practice in any way he can and brings the ‘click and swipe era’ with him in doing so. An unusual achievement of his would be when he got the opportunity to run along Aberdeen Airport runway competing in a charity run.  His spare time is mainly spent outdoors mountain biking or running and he really enjoys writing about himself in the third person.
