Tracy Archibald is a Specialist Lead for Organisational Development Leadership and Learning within the Workforce Directorate at NHS Education for Scotland (NES).  The team deliver national leadership, coaching and mentoring programmes across health and social care in Scotland, as well as supporting NES staff through coaching and team development.   Tracy is an experienced coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator with a wealth of experience gathered over the 20 years working for NHS Scotland in a variety of staff development roles, supporting teams and individuals to collaborate and adapt through change both in national and territorial boards.
